On Monday, a 2-disc CD boasting the very best in pop punk will be on the shelves, and Teenage Dirtbags is crammed full of lairy goodies.
Perhaps not surprisingly, Wheatus lead the charge on CD1 - Well, the album has taken the title of their chart bothering smash as it’s own, and they kickstart a musical rampage that also features Blink 182 (All The Small Things), Sum 41 (In Too Deep), Bowling For Soup (Girl All The Bad Guys Want) and Alien Ant Farm with their chunky cover of Jackson’s Smooth Criminal.
Others featuring on ‘the first half’ include Sugar Ray, OPM, Reel Big Fish, Less The Jake and Billy Talent.
CD2 is less punk, but still comes with lots of spike - with offerings from Weezer, Queens of the Stone Age and Marilyn Manson (cutting loose with the classic Tainted Love).
The release also recalls some of our best recent year British talents - It’s time to get re-acquainted with A and Hundred Reasons.
In all, you can wrap your ears around 42 prime cuts of cool, and if you enter our competition, you might just be able to do so for free!
We have copies up for grabs this week. To be in with a chance of winning one, we want you to complete the title of this Papa Roach single:
