Killing Eve star Villanelle gets married in Milton Keynes in third series
A 'secret' scene showing Killing Eve star Villanelle getting married has been shot in Milton Keynes, the MK Citizen can reveal.
Actress Jodie Corner visited Tyringham Hall stately just outside Newport Pagnell for the wedding scene to be shot in readiness for the third series of the assassin thriller.
At the end of season two, Killing Eve fans were rooting for the Russian spy to get together with Sandra Oh’s Eve.
But, according to The Sun, she actually marries a Spanish woman - and the wedding day descends into chaos.
The episode was shot last month at Tyringham Hall, which is a Grade I listed stately home that can be hired for functions.
A source told The Sun: “The wedding is one of the key scenes in the series.
“Last time out, things ended with the tension between Villanelle and Eve at an all-time high, so fans will be hoping that they get together.
“But unfortunately, it seems that Villanelle and her Spanish bride are very loved-up.
“The scenes that Jodie and co have already shot include a big Spanish band and the cutting of a cake, before she spots an enemy among the guests and goes after them.”
The new series, which will be screened later this year, has been adapted by Suzanne Heathcote who wrote the Walking Dead spin-off Fear The Walking Dead.
