Other expensive properties include detached homes at 53d Gatcombe, Great Holm, which sold for £1.02 million in September; 60 Ashpole Furlong, Loughton, which sold for £925,000 in February 2020, and 14 Beaumaris Grove, Shenley Church End, which sold for £875,000 in September 2020.
