Stony Stratford Open Gardens is back this weekend, a chance for those who love their foliage and flowers to go and take a peek into the gardens of other green fingered sorts!

The well-rooted event is celebrating it’s 10th anniversary in 2013, and since the seeds were first sown, it has raised thousands of pounds for Willen Hospice.

With organisers in a celebratory mood, they have decided to throw a theme of art and music in the garden over the proceedings, and this year more tranquil outside spaces will be open than ever before - 30 are throwing open their gates.

Stony Stratford Bard Richard Frost will officially open things at midday on Saturday, and the gardens will be open between midday and 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Weekend admission is a fiver.

You can get your ticket in advance from the Willen Hospice shops, or purchase at the weekend.
