Milton Keynes has £84,586 worth of forgotten Tesco vouchers waiting to be claimed

And totting up more than £84,000, the vouchers could cover the cost of 18,797 pizzas from Pizza Express, 6,767 family cinema tickets at Cineworld or 7,049 day tickets to Thorpe Park.

Tesco chief customer officer, Alessandra Bellini, said: “We also understand that our customers lead busy lives and may forget about the points and vouchers that they’ve built up over time. With a large number set to expire at the end of the month, we are encouraging people to check the Clubcard app to see if any of these unused vouchers are theirs.”

Misplaced paper vouchers can also be checked on the Clubcard app, which is available on smartphones from iTunes or on Google Play.
