Outdoor clothing and equipment: Milton Keynes’ newly refurbished GO Outdoors store is open for business

There’s a fresh new look for the town’s GO Outdoors store, which opened at the end of June, with brand ambassadors Helen Skelton and Sean Fletcher hosting a Grand Opening Event on Saturday, July 15.

The first 200 customers at the opening event will be given a £20 gift voucher, whilst the next 100 will get a goody bag worth £25. Celebrations are planned for the whole day, with family favourites including face painters and balloon modellers in the store.

But don’t worry if you’re missing out on the big opening event – there are still more special offers to come. To celebrate the store’s new look GO Outdoors in Milton Keynes, is offering an extra 15% discount from July 11 to July 24.

Top-name brands

The newly refurbished store has ample free customer parking and will stock a wide range of unbeatable brands, such as Rab, OEX and Berghaus, as well as trusted brands like Peter Storm, Hi-Gear and Brasher.

The store now features brand-new Naylors and Bike 365 concessions, as well as a refreshed Fishing Republic department, enabling customers to pick up specialist equipment for equestrian, cycling and angling activities alike.

The first-ever Up & Running concession will also be in the Milton Keynes store, having relocated from its previous premises at Elder Gate. It’s the UK’s largest independent running store specialising in running shoes, technical kit and running accessories for men, women and juniors, and is a welcome addition to the GO Outdoors store.

The 43,000+ft store employs a team of 49 and offers services such as boot and rucksack fitting, as well as collection and drop-off points for parcels from online orders, Evri, UPS and DPD collections.
