Half Term at MK Museum gives visitors an opportunity to go wild with the return of its Look at Life weekend.
This Saturday and Sunday, free attractions will include fascinating microscope safaris, pond dipping for watery mini beasts and on-site rambles along the nature trail.
Youngsters will also be given the opportunity to find out about the food chain, and enjoy a number of fascinating demonstrations and identifications.
Professor Beamish will be back at the Wolverton base with a host of science experiments that are far more fun than those operational in the classroom.
But there is plenty to do after the weekend too – from Monday, the Victorian classroom will be a hive of activity.
Or, if you would rather, enjoy play in the parlour and demonstrations in the Connected Earth gallery.
Don’t worry about feeding your brood either, with freshly-made sandwiches, homemade cake and drinks for sale in the granary tea rooms, at less than £5 a head.
