Students have traumatic time with Teechers at Stantonbury Campus

When three Year 11 students sketch the new drama teacher’s progress through two terms of unruly classes, cynical colleagues and obstructive caretakers, the teacher turns his back on the comprehensive, heading off to the safe waters of a private school instead.

But his students are left behind,and their youthful irreverence gives way to despair.

“I can promise audiences a brilliant evening’s entertainment, lots of laughs as well as one or two genuinely touching moments,” said director Adrian McDougall.

“Young or old, I think audiences will recognise some if not all the characters in the play from their own school days.”

Tickets are on sale at £14 (£10 for concessions), and the curtain goes up at 7.30pm.
