What would the Crawleys say?

On Wednesday evening, Luke Kempner brings his one-man show The Only Way is Downton to the Stantonbury Theatre stage.

Impressionist Luke has devised, and delivers a terrifically funny tale ripe for Downton devourers.

As celebrities start appearing at the Abbey, cultures clash and eras hilariously collide in the parody.

The Abbey characters are in crisis, and need to call on modern celebrities to help the cast save the estate from financial ruin...once again!

The Metro paper reviewed Luke’s on-stage talents, and gave a certain thumbs up: ‘Kempner’s script is consistently funny ...his Downton impersonations are a deconstructive delight...’ they said.

Luke graduated from the Guildford School of Acting and has since taken roles in touring productions of South Pacific, Avenue Q and Les Miserables – proof that he can turn his hand to all sorts...just like this production.

The show – suitable for 12 years and up – is on sale at £15 and £13.

Show time is 7.30pm.
