Wolverton Town Band in tune with new director

Jeffrey has worked in the recording industry for more than 20 years, and will play a key role in developing the brass band.

“I’m looking forward to having fun, making fine music and helping build the band for the future”, Jeffrey said.

He will conduct performances as well as prepare the band for its part in Wolverton’s twinning weekend on June 1 and 2, when the town will be visited by representatives from Belgium.

The historic band is already in good health, having benefited from the recent good work of previous musical director, Paul Welch, and both its long-standing and new members.
