Biennial event Stony Open Gardens returns this week, with 29 gardens of varying shapes and sizes for you to investigate, appreciate and perhapsbe inspired by.
The event raises money for Willen Hospice, so your £5 entry fee (which will allow admission across Saturday and Sunday) is easy to part with.
In 2013, the crew behind the open gardens were able to hand the charity a cheque for more than eight and a half thousand pounds, which is a remarkable amount.
Help to beat that this time around, why don’t you?
Green spaces aside, and visitors will also be able to enjoy a tidy amount of art and music – MK Society of Artists will be holding an exhibition in Swinfen Harris Hall during Saturday afternoon, and again on Sunday, and many of the gardens will play host to musicians .
A wind quartet, fiddlers, acoustic guitarists and plenty more has been planned in.
