Police areÂ appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Stoke Goldington
Between 6.45am and 10.40pm last Wednesday (March 28), a house on Malting Close was broken into and a number of items were taken.
Entry was gained and a safe was stolen containing items including watches, cash, a credit card and car keys as well as the victim’s passport and birth certificate.
During the incident, the offender or offenders closed all the curtains in the house.
Investigating officer detective constable Katrina Walmsley said: “I am appealing for witnesses and anyone with information who may be able to assist with this investigation.
"This offence took place whilst many people would be up and about and I urge anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious or unusual to get in touch.”
