A young girl was pelted with apples by a gang of 12-year-olds as she sat in a car.
The four-year-old was hit in the face by the fruit after it was thrown through an open window while the car travelled along Fishermead Boulevard.
The child suffered bruising from the attack on July 30, but did not have to go to hospital.
It is thought that a nine-year-old boy was the ringleader of the nine-strong gang of Asian boys.
He was wearing a grey jumper with grey sleeves and blue jogging trousers.
