The fundraising car boot sale will take place on Saturday May 22 in the car park of Rickely Park Primary School in Bletchley.

Organised by the Friends of Rickley Park (FORP) it starts at 10am and will finish at 1pm.

The sale will raise funds towards the school's dream of developing its very own Danish-style Forest School to benefit pupils.

The car boot sale starts at 10am

Studies have shown that children who attend Forest Schools have stronger social and communication skills. They have the skills to work in groups efficiently and effectively with high self-esteem and better self-awareness of their own abilities.

Rickley Park Primary School has an area of space that they will be developing into a Forest School over the coming year. The feature will offer learning opportunities including den building, nature arts and crafts, using tools and cooking round an open fire.
