Bletchley hit and run: Motorcyclist injured in roundabout crash

Police are searching for a driver who failed stop after colliding with a motorcyclist and another car last week.

At around 5pm on Friday two cars, a blue Volvo and what is believed to be a dark blue Ford, as well as a white motorcycle were involved in an accident on the Elfield Park roundabout, A421 Standing Way, Bletchley.

The blue Ford failed to stop at the scene.

The rider of the motorcycle, a 22-year-old man, sustained severe bruising and cuts to his leg and was taken to Milton Keynes General Hospital. He has since been discharged.

PC Neil Stephenson, from the Joint Operations Unit for Roads Policing, said: “I would like to speak to anyone who saw the collision or who saw any of the vehicles travelling prior to the collision.

“I would also like to speak to any witnesses who saw a dark-coloured vehicle which failed to stop at the scene of the collision.

“If you have any information which could help with police enquiries please get in touch.”

If you have any information about the collision contact PC Stephenson on 101.
