Bletchley man charged over car and number plate thefts in Milton Keynes

Police have charged a man from Bletchley in connection with stealing two cars and number plates.

Wayne Toon, 32, of Serpentine Court, Bletchley, was arrested and charged with two counts of theft of a motor vehicle and one count of theft from a motor vehicle.

The charges relate to three incidents namely that on July 7 a Vauxhall Astra was stolen from Garamond Drive, Wymbush, on July 9 number plates were stolen from a Vauxhall Astra in Pipard, Great Linford, and on July 12 a Mercedes C200 was stolen from Harrowden, Bradville.

Toon was remanded in custody to appear at Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on August 13.
