Burglar stopped by homeowner in Bletchley


A burglar was stopped in his tracks after banging on the door of a house in Bletchley before trying to get in.

Thames Valley Police is now appealing for witnesses to the burglary attempt at a house in Lincolnshire Close at 3.15pm on Monday. The owner heard banging on the front door and saw a man trying to get in. After being disturbed the man ran away.

The offender is white, medium build, and wore a dark coloured jacket and either had the hood up or a dark coloured beanie hat.
