Hundreds of business owners renting offices, workshops and warehouses across Milton Keynes will have the perfect excuse to watch World Cup matches this year.

Commercial property landlord is doubling the bandwidth for broadband at Denbigh Business Park, Bletchley Business Campus and the i-Centre, in Newport Pagnell in time for the football tournament. Joe Muscat, chairman and principal of BUCKS-BIZ, joked: “Business owners who want to watch the football will be able to tell their partners they’re busy at work, which is the perfect excuse!

“Like every major sporting event we are expecting that there will be an upsurge in demand for high speed internet from our clients, especially for the 5pm kick offs in the World Cup.

“We will double the broadband speed that people currently have, so if they are on 20MB we will provide 40MB and so on.

“This upgrade will help the football diehards as well as the people who work hard after normal office hours but hate the beautiful game.”

Units are of varying sizes from one person serviced offices to a 10 studio filming complex, workshops, warehouses, trade counters, kitchens, health suites with licences starting at £240 per month all inclusive of rent, rates and charges.
