Business owners are being warned to keep vigilant following the theft of a car and fuel from 18 vehicles in the space of five days.

Last Wednesday a saloon car was stolen from Denmark Street, Bletchley, at around 12.10pm, when an unknown offender was seen getting in the car and driving away. The owner thought they had mislaid their keys the day before the incident.

And on Monday, at around 9.29am, unknown offenders broke into a secure compound on Fingle Drive, Stonebridge. They then broke into the fuel tanks of 18 vehicles and siphoned fuel from the tanks, causing damage to the vehicles.

Police are currently investigating both incidents, while warning business owners and fleet managers to be vigilant with the security of their vehicles.

If you have any information about the recent incidents, contact Milton Keynes local CID on 101.
