AN advertising agency based in Bletchley has increased turnover by 30 per cent in one year and puts its success down – in part – to positive thinking.

WS Advertising, in Auckland Park, has seen turnover increase from £3.4million in 2011 to £3.9million in 2012.

MD Jane Hayward said: “When we started the agency only seven years ago we had no idea how successful we were going to become.

“We started the business with just four staff in a tiny office. It was a bit of a leap of faith, but, we had enthusiasm, energy and experience.

“This year our turnover is nudging the £4m mark and I put that down to sheer hard work and effort.”

She added: “We believe in positive thinking and are pro-active in our approach to business.

“As we draw to the close of our financial year I am satisfied that our continued growth is due to our fantastic creativity and superb service levels and I am looking forward to next year!”

WS Advertising specialises in recruitment and has clients across the country. Its education section, called Textbook Creative, works with schools and colleges, including in Milton Keynes, to ensure they are represented well in print and online.
