Two family run business centres in Bletchley are being given an artistic facelift to help regenerate the town.

The MK:TWO and MK:ONE sites near the up-and-coming business area surrounding stadium:mk will be given a new look at the end of June.

Work will create more than 40 offices, more than 20 industrial units, and, a spokesman said, attract and create more than 100 jobs. The first 12 offices are expected to be completed this October.

Dominic Muscat, director of Bucks Biz properties, said: “The work will make MK:ONE and MK:TWO a more client-facing building for its tenants. I’ve been able to use my background in graphic design to make it look fantastic.”

Bucks Biz also runs Interchange Business Centre in Newport Pagnell, which is now 98 per cent full of start-ups and SMEs.

Bucks Biz has more than 400,000 sq ft of serviced office and industrial space and 18 freehold buildings, with other spaces strategically placed throughout the country.
