A BAR has unveiled plans to increase food sales by 25 per cent in six months by transforming its dining offer.
Revolution, at Xscape, is introducing a series of measures to entice diners.
Staff are central to the Food Revolution strategy. They are undergoing a staff training programme to ensure the team of kitchen and waiting-on staff deliver the food knowledge and levels of service.
Ioan Eyton-Jones, head of food operations for Revolution, said the challenge was to build on a strong base.
The new menu features British classics with a modern twist and dishes with an international flavour. It will also aim to continue to innovate with new seasonal menus and signature dishes.
Revolution was founded in 1996 in Manchester and now has 66 venues across the country. It offers 30 different vodka infusions.
