Paper merchant HQ a new Pinnacle for city

A AWARD-winning office building in central Milton Keynes is now 70 per cent occupied following the signing up of global paper merchant PaperlinX.

PaperlinX is shortly to take occupation of 7,711 sq-ft on the fifth floor of the 250,000 sq-ft building – The Pinnacle.

The world leading global merchant is relocating its HQ from Northampton to enjoy a commanding view of MK. It forms part of PaperlinX Europe which annually supplies close to three million tonnes of paper and related products for printers, publishers, sign makers and office market users.

The £70 million Pinnacle scheme is now approximately 70 per cent let – having already attracted international companies including Deloitte & Touche, DentonWilde Sapte, Baker Tilly and Mazars.

Ian Jackson, a director of property company Hampton Brook said: “PaperlinX were attracted to The Pinnacle because of the high quality of offices, its stunning location and excellent communications for staff.”

The Pinnacle has been awarded one of the UK’s most prestigious sustainable achievement accolades and also boasts being the first building in Central Milton Keynes to achieve a BREEAM rating of excellent and the first to achieve an energy efficient rating of A.
