A PROFESSIONAL services firm in Milton Keynes is recruiting to fill places on its graduate programme.

The graduates on the PwC programme will be joining what is believed to be the UK’s largest private sector graduate programme.

There are around 1,200 appointed graduates across the country, many employed within PwC’s assurance, advisory and tax businesses.

Mike Robinson, himself the newly appointed senior partner at PwC in Midsummer Boulevard, said: “Investing in the development of the local skills base is crucial to help drive economic growth in the area. We still have places available on this year’s programme, with an option to start in September and we are encouraging graduates to take a closer look at the opportunities available.”

In the first six weeks of launching the current graduate programme, PwC received more than 5,500 applications from talented young people around the country.

PwC was recently voted the UK’s number one graduate employer for the eighth consecutive year in The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers survey.

The firm is also a top performer in the UK300 survey, which is based on the views of 17,000 final year university students.
