THE freehold of an industrial estate in Milton Keynes has been bought for about £1.5million.

New owners Clipstone Industrial Unit Trust has appointed specialist industrial asset managers Farmer ukre to carry out refurbishment and renewal.

Glenn Newson, on behalf of Clipstone, said the brief was to work with what was, fundamentally, one of the highest quality courtyard office/business unit developments in Milton Keynes. But the owners want to introduce new life there through a programme of enhancements.

He added that a 3,000 sq-ft unit was available and was being offered as is or subject to a bespoke package of upgrades. The idea is to maximise flexibility for any new incoming tenant.

Diccon Brearley of letting agent Brown & Lee chartered surveyors said: “The available premises provide an almost unique opportunity within the Milton Keynes area, to acquire a modern business unit capable of occupation by a multitude of small to medium business types, with flexibility in regard to refurbishment level and term.”
