An afternoon networking event near Milton Keynes next month is set to put the spotlight on business support.
South East Midlands Local Enterprise Partnership (SEMLEP) will be giving business people from around the region the chance to discuss access to finance, business support and exporting.
The event, at Whittlebury Hall Hotel & Spa, Towcester, from 4pm to 6.30pm, on Thursday, June 13, is the first of SEMLEP’s quarterly Business Engagement Group events.
SEMLEP chief executive Daniel Mouawad will also update guests on how SEMLEP is supporting businesses and how the LEP landscape is changing. Pam Wright, deputy agent for the Bank of England, is also due to speak on how the economy is faring at present and a how the BoE views the economic future.
There will also be a question and answer session to wrap up the event.
