A £10million business centre project in Newport Pagnell is offering small businesses a rolling one month rent deal to help them get started.

A quarter of the 80,000 sq-ft Interchange Business Centre, in Howard Way was taken before work was complete.

The “get business moving” promotion offers “no quibble” rolling monthly rents at the Bucks-Biz-owned scheme.

Work has started on a reception and cafe extension at the centre along with a rooftop garden that will link up with a terrace and walkway. High speed broadband and state-of-the-art communications are also being installed

Bucks-Biz MD Joe Muscat said: “We are giving start-ups in particular a boost by not tying them down with six month rents and red tape. No-one has to commit themselves to anything more than one month’s rent and this is giving local businesses a huge boost.”

Interchange is a former food store covering 3.5 acres, offering, managed parking and direct access to the M1.
