A MILTON Keynes-based serviced office provider has begun to expand its operations within its first year of trading.
Based at Luminous House on the Vizion MK development, i2 Office has added a centre at Devonshire House in Marylebone, London, and a third is on the way.
The London operation secured 90 per cent occupancy within the first 90 days. Milton Keynes has achieved 87 per cent occupancy. i2 Office provides serviced offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms and disaster recovery services to companies across the UK.
i2 Office founder and CEO Philip Grace said: “We are thrilled with our success here in Milton Keynes and excited that our product is already proving so popular elsewhere. It is good to see that demand for high-quality, Grade A serviced office space has not diminished, despite economic conditions. We look forward to further developments and extending our network further still.”
Following the firm’s London success, i2 Office has already announced plans for a third business centre, this time north of the border in Glasgow. i2 Office has taken 15,900 sq ft over the first and second floors at City Site Estate’s new Grade ‘A’ office scheme at 2 West Regent Street in the city.
