A MAJOR plan to turn Milton Keynes into a low carbon city is to be showcased at a top level seminar on Thursday, December 1.
Companies will be able to find out how to become strategic partners with Milton Keynes Council at the event at stadium:mk.
The Low Carbon Living seminar will be held from 10am until 4pm with speakers from the council and major companies.
Areas to be examined include the use of sustainable technologies in housing, education, energy, water and transport.
Milton Keynes has low carbon initiatives in place, ranging from installing electric car charging points to retrofitting energy-saving devices into homes.
Chief executives and chief operating officers of major companies involved in providing technological solutions for sustainable living are all due to be at the seminar.
There will be opportunities for networking and identifying commercial opportunities.
