Cage fight to honour brother’s life

A CITY man is training for a charity Mixed Martial Arts – MMA – fight in aid of Meningitis UK and in memory of his brother.

Mark Escott, a 26-year-old tiler, has never been involved in an MMA fight, but wanted to do something different to raise awareness of the charity. Mark unfortunately lost his brother Scott to the deadly disease and is looking to raise as much money as possible.

He will spend the year undergoing intensive training to make sure he is ready for the showdown, which is likely to be held in December.
