The items, mainly tools, were seized after arrest warrants were executed in a joint operation between Thames Valley Police, Hertfordshire Constabulary and Bedfordshire Police on Greenacres caravan site in Little Billington, Bedfordshire, on Wednesday, May 11.

Photos of the items have been uploaded to the website www.hertsreunited.co.uk/ which features images of found and recovered items, as well as being a facility for people to report their lost property. The website was launched in January 2016 by the Police and Crime Commissioner for Hertfordshire and Hertfordshire Constabulary.

Potential victims are being asked to look at the items on the website to see if they can identify their property.

Thames Valley Police Det Sgt Simon Mountain, based at Milton Keynes Local CID, said: “We have reason to believe these items may have been stolen from areas including Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale, which is why we are asking for anyone who may have had them stolen recently to make contact.”

The men arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to steal are aged 30, 31, 21, 20, 19, 20 and 25, and are from Bedfordshire.
