Great Pictons Bake Off - Kamila Dyszko with Colin Hart, Brian Woodbridge and David Nourse from Harts Food and Events.

The fun event was part of a fundraising campaign by Pictons Solicitors, with team members Linsey Collacott and Ranga Nasho completing the 5K Big Fun Run at Willen Lake, supported by CarersMK fundraiser Martine Frith and her husband.

The Great Pictons Bake Off and sale was held in the firm’s office in Silbury Boulevard, with the majority of staff baking stunning cakes.

They were joined by three judges from Hart’s Food and Events who categorised the winners into three segments, presentation, taste and technique, with an overall winner.

The winner for presentation was Will Roberts-Phelps who baked a banana and salty caramel cake. Taste saw Charlie Beattie’s Oreo and Ferrero Rocher cupcakes take first. For technique, Kamila Dyszko scooped first place with her apple crumble pie. Kamila’s apple crumble pie also scooped the overall prize and a £25 shopping voucher. The event raised £151.
