Catwalk capers in centre:mk

Now in its fourth year, the two-day SS16 Live fashion, beauty and lifestyle event showcases the latest fashion trends and key buys for this spring and summer in both women’s and menswear.

There will be free fashion shows taking place on the hour from 11am on Saturday and from noon on Sunday in Middleton Hall, with more than 25 leading brands taking part, including House of Fraser, John Lewis, Kurt Geiger, Hobbs, Joules, The White Company, River Island and Marks & Spencer.

The centre is also hosting The Beauty Box, offering free 15-minute workshops half an hour before each show, starting at 11.30am on Saturday and 12.30pm on Sunday.

There will also be free hair and make-up tutorials over the two days, where visitors can pick up the latest beauty tips for the season.
