CCTV appeal following robbery in Milton Keynes

Thames Valley Police has released CCTV images of men officers would like to speak to in connection with a robbery in Milton Keynes.

The 15-year-old victim and his two friends were cycling along a redway into the car park at the local shopping area in Blackmoor Gate, Furzton, between 8pm and 8.30pm on Friday 15 April, when he noticed three men outside The Good Friends Chinese takeaway.

The men began following the victim and stopped him at the junction of Arlington Court and Blackmoor Gate.

Following a brief verbal exchange, one of the men aggressively tried to shake the victim from his bike by lifting the handlebars up and down before pushing the victim off the bike.

The man then took the bike and rode off in the direction of the redway which runs parallel to the A421 Standing Way. The other two men ran off in the same direction.

The stolen bike is a dark grey Carrera Parva road bike, with bright red markings in a matt finish.

It has no suspension and has Kenda tyres with the white Kenda logo written on the walls of the tyres.

Officers would like to speak with the men in the CCTV images as they may have information which could assist the police investigation.
