The practical session will help to understand the belief systems that go to form self-confidence and what can be done to address any issues.

It will also give some very simple techniques to build resilience so that children are better equipped to face what life throws at them – both inside and outside school.

“My obsession is about growing people, helping them achieve more than they ever dreamed possible, do things that they thought were beyond them and thereby achieve their aspirations – both work and personal,” Trevor said.

“It took a while for me to realise this as I began my career as a scientist. After gaining a PhD in Molecular Biology, I joined the marketing department of an international biological reagent supply company. It wasn’t long before I started my own reagent distribution company which still thrives today.

“After 20 years in business, I have realised that the thing that drove me was my desire to grow people. This passion has led me to start Catch Development – it’s all about catching people, growing them and making them a true catch for the organisation in which they work.”
