Church finds blooming marvellous way to celebrate Mothering Sunday during lockdown in Milton Keynes
A church came up with a perfect plan to celebrate Mother's Day yesterday.

St Peter and St Paul Church in Newport Pagnell found a way to celebrate all mothers while stocking to lockdown rules.
People all over the town was invited to 'Bring a Bloom' to the church in the week running up to Mothering Sunday (abiding by social distancing regulations) to represent their love and appreciation for their mother.
They could add their flower to one of the vases provided.
The blooms were many and varied, and all were blessed by the Rev Nick Evans in the recorded service for Mothering Sunday.
