Climb Your Mountain founder’s new book

The founder of Milton Keynes charity, Climb Your Mountain, Charlie Wardle has written and published his first book, designed to give people with stress and depression simple guidance and direction.

Titled, ‘How to Deal With Life’s Challenges’, a practical self-help guide to tackling stress and depression in a modern world, the book is completely free for anyone to own, which Charlie says he has made possible to help people struggling with life’s many challenges such as relationship issues, bullying, financial problems, ill-health, low self-esteem and work issues. The book also briefly touches on Charlie’s own personal experiences of depression and how he personally used physical activities and challenges to overcome them.

“The handy sized book has been designed as an easy-to-digest reference for people to turn to in their time of need.” Charlie says. “I have put many years of experience and research into what I have experienced, observed and sought in my way of understanding the importance of helping people dealing with life’s challenges.”

Charlie and Climb Your Mountain have supported hundreds of people in the Milton Keynes area and help them deal with personal issues by providing free events and activities each week as well as organising physical challenges abroad on the belief that these challenges give people a new goal and direction to focus on.

How to Deal With Life’s Challenges is available to download at www.climbyourmountain.org and a hard copy is free from YPD Books (available through the CYM website).
