Milton Keynes Development Partnership’s (MKDP) board has been strengthened with the appointment of Councillor Robert Middleton.
Speaking about the role, he said: “I believe that MKDP’s work should help to deliver a number of the Council’s primary aims including providing truly affordable housing within the city and developing sites that will bring about a refreshed, thriving and community focussed city centre.”
Charles Macdonald, MKDP chief executive added: “Rob will bring fresh experience and insights to our board which will be extremely valuable.
“He replaces Councillor Brian White whose vast experience and knowledge of the town were much valued by the MKDP board.”
Robert is Member of Cabinet responsible for Resources and Innovation and is one of the three Labour and Co-operative Councillors representing the Wolverton Ward.
He has been a councillor in the town since 2012.
