PLENTY of us like a good rummage every now and again and just as many like copping hold of a bargain, writes Sammy Jones.

You get the chance to do the former and find an abundance of the latter this weekend at the MK Hand-Made & Vintage Fair.

From vintage fashion to china and ceramics, furnishings, glassware and art, this monster fair will keep you occupied for ages, with more than 80 stalls to hold your attentions.

“We find original style and affordable quality are most important to our customers,” said organiser Jacqui Lewis.

“Buying direct from local designers and makers offers a great alternative to High Street sameness, and no middle man inflating the prices.

“The items on our genuine vintage stalls were made to last, and offer an individual style for customers and their homes, costing less than chain store copies – and of course our customers love the thrill of the bargain hunt! “

Don’t follow the crowd, strike out with a slice of unique quality.

Other items vying for shopper attentions this weekend will include treats, furnishings and homewares.

Oh, and if you are feeling a tad hungry will wandering the stalls, you don’t need to embark on a trek to find something tasty to eat – simply head to the cakes and preserves corner!

The Hand-Made & Vintage Fair will welcome visitors between 9am and 7pm this Saturday and Sunday.
