Drove Mercedes CLA Class without insurance and no front registration plate on August 12 in Sherwood Drive, Bletchley; obstructed a police officer in execution of duty.

Plea: Guilty. Fined £120. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge (VS) and £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

CONNOR FRANCIS MCCULLAGH

PARK LANE, HAREFIELD, UXBRIDGE. Age: 24

Damaged a billboard, to the value of £50, outside floor five of The Centre MK Shopping Centre on March 14 2019.

Damaged multi-storey car park ticket machine to the value of £50 belonging to INTU Milton Keynes Limited on March 14 2019.

Plea: Changed to Guilty. Fined £240, ordered to pay £100 compensation and £500 costs to the CPS.

TALLAND AVENUE, FISHERMEAD, MILTON KEYNES. Age: 54

Drink-driving in Secklow Gate, MK on August 12 2020. Recorded 99 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath,

Plea: Guilty. Remanded on unconditional bail until November 10. Interim disqualification from driving until dealt with.

NO FIXED ADDRESS. Age: 30

Assault by beating a woman on September 27. Caused criminal damage to property valued under £5000 on September 27.

Plea: Guilty. Remanded on bail until November 18.

ANDREW LUNTADILA

SALMON YARD, NEWPORT PAGNELL. Age: 58

Assault by beating May 19 2020.

Plea: Guilty. Community order made. Must comply with alcohol dependency treatment. Failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court on September 23.

Ordered to pay £100 compensation, £90 VS and £85 costs to the CPS.

BRIAN JAMES MORGAN

ANGUS WAY, WHITEHOUSE, MILTON KEYNES. Age: 42

Fraud. Used person's bank card in Tesco, Oxley Park, on April 23 2020 and spent £20.50 on himself. The same day he used the card at the Co-op, in Grange Farm, and spent £43.44 on himself. And also on April 23, he stole a bag from a car which belonged to the bank card holder.

Indicated plea of Guilty. Remanded on unconditional bail until November 9

ANDRIS POSEIKO

LEON AVENUE, BLETCHLEY, MILTON KEYNES. Age: 34

Drink-driving on August 13 in Erica Road, Stacey Bushes. Recorded 86 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Plea: Guilty. Fined £576, ordered to pay £58 VS and £85 costs to CPS. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 22 months.

JAMES ROBERT RICHARDSON

NEWPORT ROAD, NEW BRADWELL, MILTON KEYNES. Age: 46

Sent a letter / communication / article conveying a threatening message on August 7 2020. Harassment - breached a restraining order on conviction between July 25 and August 22. Disclosed private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress on August 19 2020.

Plea: Indicated plea of Guilty. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 24 months. Reason: serious offence. Ordered to pay £128 VS and £85 to the CPS.

ARTURAS VAITULIONIS

TOLCARNE AVENUE, FISHERMEAD, MILTON KEYNES. Age: 21

Multiple drug-driving. On March 21 2020 in Bond Avenue, Bletchley, was found driving with cannabis, MDMA and Benzoylecgonine in his system. Also driving without a licence.

Plea: Guilty

Ordered to pay £90 VS and £85 costs to the CPS. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for two years. Ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work.

LEE MATTHEW ANSLEY

NETTLECOMBE, FURZTON, MILTON KEYNES. Age: 42

Produced cannabis on September 12 2020. Breached two bail conditions on September 26 2020.

Plea: Indicated guilty and admits breaches. Remanded on unconditional bail which was later revoked due to other offences.

NICHOLAS THOMAS DOBSON

SILBURY BOULEVARD, CENTRAL MILTON KEYNES. Age: 32

Stole food and drink from a Co-op shop in MK on July 28. Used threatening / abusive / insulting words / behaviour with intent to cause fear of / provoke unlawful violence on July 28.

Plea: Changed to Guilty. Committed to prison for four weeks consecutive. Reason: Offence so serious because the offence was aggravated by the defendant's record of previous

offending. Overall length of sentence 20 weeks.

NICHOLAS THOMAS DOBSON

SILBURY BOULEVARD, CENTRAL MILTON KEYNES. Age: 32

Stole £225 Michael Kors handbag from John Lewis in MK on September 21 2020.

Stole £70's worth of meat from the Co-op multiple times on August 23, September 3, September 9, September 20 and on September 24.

Plea: Indicated plea of Guilty. Committed to prison for 16 weeks. Reason: Offence so serious because the offence was aggravated by the defendant's record of previous offending.

JASON GREASLEY

BROADWAY AVENUE, GIFFARD PARK, MILTON KEYNES. Age: 50

Obstruct / resist a constable in execution of duty on August 12.

Plea: Guilty. Remanded on bail until 14/12/2020
