Anti-social behaviour and disorder prompts closure orders for two Milton Keynes properties

Access is being prohibited to two Milton Keynes properties for three months after ongoing reports of anti-social behaviour.

Police say they went to Milton Keynes Magistrates' Court with Milton Keynes City Council and successfully applied for two separate closure orders at addresses on The Hide, Netherfield and Colne, Tinkers Bridge on Tuesday, August 4.

The orders came after ongoing reports of anti-social behaviour and disorder associated with these properties. The court has authorised both closure orders for a period of three months, prohibiting access to the addresses.

This means that access to the properties is restricted, and anyone entering without lawful authority may be committing an offence.

A spokesperson from Thames Valley Police said: “We hope this action provides local residents with the reassurance and peace of mind they deserve after experiencing persistent issues linked to these addresses.

“Thank you to everyone who has reported incidents and supported our enquiries. Community information plays a vital role in helping us take positive action and keep our neighbourhoods safe.”
