The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared before Milton Keynes magistrates last week.

He pleaded guilty to six charges of making indecent photographs and moving images of a child, contrary to the Protection of Children Act 1978.

The total number of such images was 1,829 and all the offences happened in a three-day period between March 13 and March 16 last year, when the boy was 15.
