DOWNLEY AVENUE, BRADWELL COMMON, MILTON KEYNES. Age: 40

Drink-driving on August 29 in Downs Barn Boulevard. Recorded 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Plea: Guilty. Fined £210. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34 and £85 costs to CPS.
