Ten men fighting in Olney’s Market Square last night has prompted a police appeal for witnesses.
Two men, aged 22 and 25, both from Milton Keynes, have been arrested and released on police bail until 8 June.
“I would particularly appeal to anyone who recorded the disorder on their mobile phones, tablets or any other devices to contact the police immediately as such footage could be used as evidence in this investigation,” said Investigating officer, PC Steve Cann.
“I would also appeal to anyone who witnessed the disorder or has any information about the incident to come forward. The easiest way to do this is either by calling us on 101 or visiting your local police station.
“I understand that some people don’t feel comfortable speaking to the police, if that’s the case you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
