On May 9 2020, assaulted a woman and caused criminal damage under £5k to a mirror, fridge freezer and indoor wall to the value of £120.

Plea: Guilty. Ordered to carry out unpaid work for 140 hours within the next twelve months. Ordered to pay compensation of £100 and £120, a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).

Coventry Road, Small Heath, Birmingham. Age: 19

Plea: Guilty. Caused criminal damage to property valued under £5000 on August 5 2020. Not allowed to enter Conniburrow.

Committed a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for possession of Class A drug, Heroin.

Plea: Admits. Remanded on bail until November 4.

Harnam Lane, Withington, Cheltenham . Age: 53.

Drove motor vehicle when alcohol level was above limit on June 10 in Stoke Road, Stoke Hammond. Recorded 116 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Plea: Guilty. Ordered to carry out unpaid work for 150 hours. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs to CPS.

Shaun Graham Hefferman

Veryan Place Fishermead. Age: 24

Used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a group of people on May 1 2020 in Milton Keynes.

Plea: Guilty. Rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made, cannot visit certain part of Fishermead. Ordered to pay £25 to each of the five victims, totaling £125.

Matthew Malcolm Holmes

63 North Seventh Street, Central Milton Keynes. Age: 30

Used violence to secure entry to premises in Fishermead on July 8 2020; assault by beating; harassment without violence.
