ANDREW SAUNDERS

JACOBS CLOSE, STANTONBURY, MILTON KEYNES. Age: 29

Assaulted a police officer on August 7. Assaulted a child on July 12. Assaulted a woman on March 28. Assaulted her again on June 17. Assaulted the same woman on July 11. Caused criminal damage to the woman's phone, ripped her kitchen cupboards off the wall and damaged her bathroom sink on separate occasions. Also breached a restraining order between March 28 and July 8.

Plea: Indicated plea of Guilty. Overall length of prison sentence is six months. Must comply with Building Better Relationship rehabilitation course. Ordered to pay compensation of £25, a £128 VS, £300 costs to the CPS and £150 compensation.

Plea: Guilty. Fined £207. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge (VS) and £85 costs to Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 22 months.

WEST HILL, STANTONBURY. Age: 30

Failed to provide specimen for analysis when pulled over by police on May 7 in Bilton Road, Bletchley. Also driving without insurance and obstructed an officer in execution of duty.

Plea: Guilty. Fined £346. Fined £115. Required to carry out unpaid work for 100 hours. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months. Ordered to pay a VS of 395 and £85 costs to the CPS.

Drunk and disorderly in Bruckner Gardens, Old Farm Parkon August 9. Caused criminal damage to a police vehicle belonging to Thames Valley Police.

Plea: Guilty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay £22 VS and £85 costs to the CPS.

SOUTH NINE STREET, CENTRAL MILTON KEYNES. Age: 33

Stole alcohol from the Co-operative in Fishermead on January 10 and committed a racially aggravated assault on a member of staff at the shop.

Plea: Guilty. Ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work, to pay compensation of £100 and must complete a rehabilitation activity called Thinking Skills Programme.

Caused criminal damage to a car key belonging to man on September 11. Breached restraining order on woman on September 11.

Plea: Guilty.

Breached restraining order on September 26.

Plea: Indicated plea of Guilty.

Has been remanded on bail until November 18.
