Failed to comply with requirements of post custodial sentence supervision: deliberate breach of order by not staying at the approved hostel. Caught with 0.2g of crack cocaine and 0.5g of cannabis in Wilder Street, Bristol, on August 25.

Plea: Guilty. Committed to prison for 14 days. Fined £100 for the crack and another £100 for the cannabis. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge.

JOSHUA PETER HARRIS-SMITH

Moorfoot, Fullers Slade, Milton Keynes. Age: 27

Failed without reasonable excuse to give details of employment after being released from prison.

Plea: Guilty. Fined £25.

MOHAMMED HASIB HUSSAIN

Torridge Road, Aylesbury. Age: 21

Caught with two small snap bags of cannabis on April 3 in Aylesbury. Drug-driving (cannabis) in Witham Way, Aylesbury, on May 15 2020.

Plea: Guilty. Drugs forfeited and destroyed. Fined £500.00 for drug-driving, ordered to pay victim surcharge £50.00 and £85.00 to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

MICHAEL STEPHEN MADDEN

Stirling Close, Pennylands, Milton Keynes. Age: 35

Assault by beating a woman in Milton Keynes on July 21 2020.

Plea: changed to Guilty. Committed to prison for 5 months concurrent suspended for 12 months. Restraining order made. Ordered to pay £128 victim surcharge and £85 costs to the CPS.
