Man in 50s left with 'significant' head injuries after being mugged by gang in Milton Keynes

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a man in his 50s was robbed yesterday on Sunday January 24.

At 11:30am yesterday, the victim was walking through Oldbrook estate when he was approached by three or four men.

The men assaulted the victim and stole his mobile phone then fled the scene.

The victim sustained significant head injuries and is currently being treated at Milton Keynes University Hospital.

The offenders are all described as white men aged in their early 20s.

Investigating officer Sergeant Patrick Navin, based at Milton Keynes police station said: “I am appealing for any witnesses to this incident, or anyone who has any information that might help with our investigation to please get in touch.
