Man admits burglary and fraud offences

A man has pleaded guilty to burglary and fraud by false representation in Milton Keynes after being arrested last week.

Brian O’Sullivan, aged 30, of no fixed abode, appeared at Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on Friday (March 13) and admitted the offences.

He was then bailed to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court for sentencing. A date has not yet been set.

The burglary took place between 7.30am and 6.40pm on Wednesday, February 25 in Gaddesden Crescent, Wavendon Gate.

O’Sullivan forced entry through a rear kitchen window and stole cash, credit cards, electrical equipment and jewellery.

He then attempted to purchase electrical items, including a MacBook Pro laptop and a TV, over the internet using the stolen credit cards.

O’Sullivan attended Argos in Grafton Gate, Milton Keynes, on Thursday 26 February to collect the items. But the order was cancelled by the Argos fraud department and he was unable to pick them up.
