Man found with large kitchen knife stashed down his trousers during lockdown in Milton Keynes

Police made the arrest yesterday (Wednesday) while dealing with another incident on Springfield..

They stopped two men in a car and noticed a strong smell of drugs, believed to be cannabis.

A police spokesman said: "Both occupants and vehicle were searched for drugs. One of the occupants was found in possession of a large quantity of money along with a quantity of cannabis

"He also had a large kitchen knife concealed in his waist band."

Further money and cannabis was found within the vehicle.

Both men have been arrested for possession with intent to supply class B drugs and possession of a bladed article, say police.
